Somatic movement therapy

Through movement we explore the full spectrum of healing, going beyond the physical to connect pain and dysfunction with emotion and energy. Helping you understand the deeper layers of your human experience.

Breath is life. Our focused techniques are designed to revitalize your system. By tapping into the full potential of your lungs, we aim to make your breathing more efficient, restorative and healing.

Prehabilitation & Rehabilitation
